"Booked with Ezi for our trip and..."
Booked with Ezi for our trip and airport shuttle was super easy to find. We called when we got there and driver showed up quick, maybe in about 5 minutes.
He was friendly, helped us with bags, and there wasn’t any big speech or standing around waiting. He got us over to car office fast, and check-in was simple too.
Return was just as easy. Shuttle got us back to airport with plenty time to spare. I’d definitely use them again.

"Good price, simple pickup"
This was cheaper than the other options I looked at, and pickup was easy. I was expecting some kind of extra step or confusion, but it was just straightforward. The only little thing I noticed was the pickup sign was kind of easy to miss at first, but once I spotted it, everything went fine...

I used Ezi in Auckland and the final charge matched what I booked, which was a relief. There weren’t any random add-ons after drop-off, and the deposit came back without any issues. The whole thing was easy enough, though I did expect the instructions to be a bit clearer in a couple of spots.

"Fast reply, but still a little disappointing"
I had a question about my booking and they did reply quickly, which I appreciated. They were easy enough to deal with and it wasn’t stressful, but I was a bit disappointed that the answer didn’t really feel that helpful or complete

"Booking was quick, but I still expect an apology"
I booked a car through ezicarrental.co.nz and the process itself was easy. The dates, pickup location, and price were all clear, and it only took a few minutes to get everything sorted with the confirmation coming through after. That part was fine, but there was still an issue along the way that shouldn’t have happened, so I’m expecting an apology from them. If they handle that properly, I’d probably use them again.

For the price, the car was pretty much what I expected. It was affordable and didn’t give me any major issues, so I can’t really complain. If you’re expecting something fancy, this probably isn’t it, but for a cheap car that gets the job done, it was a solid deal.

I booked a car online through ezicarrental.co.nz, the whole thing felt refreshingly straightforward. The price I saw when booking was exactly what I ended up paying, no awkward upsells at the counter, no random fees after I returned the car. After some frustrating rental experiences elsewhere, this one felt calm and honest. I’d definitely use them again

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when we booked a car for our Queenstown trip and added a child seat, but it was already in the car when we picked it up. It was clean enough and fitted fine, so I can’t really complain. Made the airport pickup a lot less stressful than I’d expected. I’d probably use them again...

We used Ezi Car Rental while in New Zealand, and their opening hours made a big difference. Our flight landed later than expected, and I was already stressing about how we’d get to our accommodation, but their desk was still open when we arrived, which was such a relief.
Returning the car was just as easy. We didn’t feel rushed or like we had to rearrange our day around strict office hours, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s a small thing, but having a rental place that actually fits around real travel plans is so appreciated.

"Super Convenient Location"
I liked that the branch was close by, so picking everything up was quick and easy. You don’t have to go out of your way, which makes the whole process a lot less stressful.

I remember being a little unsure about the bond at the start, but they explained it well enough and I stopped worrying about it. I can’t remember every detail, but after I brought the car back, the deposit was refunded within a couple of days. Overall it was smooth, nothing dramatic

"Clear on the insurance, but still a bit disappointed"
I booked with Ezi and did appreciate that the insurance and excess details were easy to find. It was nice not having to dig around or guess what I’d be up for if something went wrong, because that stuff can be stressful.
The staff at pickup explained it in a simple way and didn’t push too hard on extras, which I liked. I was still a bit disappointed that renting a car comes with so many little things to think about, but at least they made the insurance side clearer than I expected

"Reliable GPS and the extras were ready to go"
We rented a car from Ezi and added a GPS plus a child seat for our trip. Overall, it was a really easy experience. The GPS worked well most of the time, though it did send us in a little loop in one small town with a couple of narrow streets. The child seat was clean and already sorted when we picked up the car, which was one less thing to think about. Price felt fair too. I’d use them again, but I’d still double-check the GPS route now and then

I used Ezi for a short trip, and honestly... the booking was pretty much spot on when I arrived!! No weird surprises, no confusion, which was a relief.
The dates, pickup time, and car group all matched the email I’d received, so I didn’t have to mess around at the counter!!! The price was the same as what I saw online too, which I always appreciate.
The only tiny thing was that I had to repeat one detail about my licence, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, easy experience... I’d use them again!!
