"Fantastic Experience - unfortunately had to cancel..."
I booked a car for a planned ski holiday out of Christchurch which was ultimately cancelled for COVID.
Ease of booking at the time was perfect and very straightforward. When the pandemic hit, customer service got in contact to confirm the booking and happily held it for me until I was sure I had to cancel. Once my flights were cancelled, I got in contact to cancel my car booking and it was done quickly and without issue.
At all times customer service were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend and will be using Ezi in 2021 when i can return for our next trip.
